Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund (excluding postage, unless faulty). The items must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in their original condition. The reason we do not cover postal costs for returning items, is due to the small nature of our business, unless goods are faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund on receipt of the item. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, you'll need to return it first, whereupon we will issue a refund and you can then order the preferred item from our website.

Please return items to the postal address below, ensuring the parcel is tracked. For peace of mind we recommend using the Royal Mail, Signed For delivery service, which includes a tracking number.
